O CT-e original n\u00e3o pode ser alterado. O caminho \u00e9 o CT-e complementar.<\/p>\n<p>Ele \u00e9 simples de emitir, mas tem regras que a SEFAZ confere uma a uma. Ele n\u00e3o substitui o original: os dois passam a valer juntos, e o complementar referencia a chave do CT-e complementado.<\/p>\n<p>No leiaute do CT-e, ele \u00e9 o tipo 1. O CT-e normal \u00e9 o tipo 0, e o de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, o tipo 3.<\/p>\n<h2>Quando emitir o CT-e complementar<\/h2>\n<p>O uso \u00e9 um s\u00f3: valor de frete ou de imposto destacado a menor no CT-e original. Exemplos comuns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>diferen\u00e7a de pre\u00e7o apurada depois da emiss\u00e3o, como reajuste de tabela n\u00e3o aplicado;<\/li>\n<li>ICMS destacado a menor por erro de al\u00edquota ou de base de c\u00e1lculo;<\/li>\n<li>valor acertado depois com o cliente e que n\u00e3o entrou no frete original.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se o valor ficou a maior, o complementar n\u00e3o serve. A\u00ed o caminho \u00e9 o desacordo do tomador seguido do CT-e de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, como explicamos no texto sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/growthlog.com.br\/conteudo\/desacordo-de-cte\/\">desacordo de CT-e<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>As regras que a SEFAZ confere<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prazo:<\/strong> o CT-e complementado precisa ter sido emitido at\u00e9 12 meses antes da autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do complementar. No ferrovi\u00e1rio e no multimodal, o prazo \u00e9 de 24 meses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limite:<\/strong> at\u00e9 10 CT-e complementares por CT-e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tipo do original:<\/strong> s\u00f3 se complementa CT-e normal ou de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o d\u00e1 para complementar um complementar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Situa\u00e7\u00e3o do original:<\/strong> o CT-e complementado precisa estar autorizado e n\u00e3o pode ter sido substitu\u00eddo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mesmas partes:<\/strong> o complementar mant\u00e9m emitente, remetente, destinat\u00e1rio, expedidor, recebedor, tomador, UF de in\u00edcio e de fim e tipo de servi\u00e7o do original.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Errar qualquer um desses pontos gera rejei\u00e7\u00e3o. Por isso o complementar precisa nascer do CT-e original, n\u00e3o ser preenchido do zero.<\/p>\n<h2>O que muda no CT-e original<\/h2>\n<p>Depois que um CT-e recebe complementar autorizado, ele n\u00e3o pode mais ser cancelado. A SEFAZ rejeita o pedido de cancelamento com o c\u00f3digo 660.<\/p>\n<p>Por isso, se o erro foi achado nas primeiras 168 horas e a presta\u00e7\u00e3o ainda n\u00e3o come\u00e7ou, vale avaliar se o melhor n\u00e3o \u00e9 cancelar e emitir de novo, com o valor certo, em vez de complementar.<\/p>\n<h2>CT-e complementar e o faturamento<\/h2>\n<p>O complementar gera uma cobran\u00e7a a mais ao tomador e precisa entrar no contas a receber. O cliente recebe dois documentos para a mesma presta\u00e7\u00e3o, e o financeiro precisa saber que eles andam juntos.<\/p>\n<p>Esse \u00e9 o ponto em que muita transportadora perde dinheiro: o complementar \u00e9 emitido, mas a cobran\u00e7a n\u00e3o sai, ou sai separada do frete original e o cliente contesta.
