Na base atual do instituto, setembro de 2025 havia somado 181 casos, o que representa uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 47% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual. Os dados foram repercutidos pela imprensa do setor nesta quarta-feira (21).<\/p>\n<p>A queda mensal, por\u00e9m, n\u00e3o muda muito o balan\u00e7o de 2026. De janeiro a setembro, o ISP contabiliza 2.131 ocorr\u00eancias no estado, apenas 1,4% abaixo das 2.161 registradas nos nove primeiros meses de 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Ano come\u00e7ou em alta e virou a partir de maio<\/h2>\n<p>A s\u00e9rie mensal do ISP explica por que o acumulado quase n\u00e3o se mexe. Entre janeiro e abril, o estado registrou 1.377 roubos de carga, cerca de 32% a mais que no mesmo quadrimestre de 2025, com pico de 400 casos em mar\u00e7o. De maio a setembro, o movimento se inverteu: foram 754 ocorr\u00eancias, contra 1.118 um ano antes.<\/p>\n<p>Agosto j\u00e1 indicava a tend\u00eancia, com 134 casos ante 182 no mesmo m\u00eas de 2025, recuo de 26%. Segundo o portal <a href=\"https:\/\/transportemoderno.com.br\/2026\/10\/21\/roubo-de-cargas-cai-47-no-rio-mas-prejuizos-preocupam\/\">Transporte Moderno<\/a>, por\u00e9m, o levantamento do programa Carga Blindada, do Sindicarga, aponta que o valor das mercadorias levadas naquele m\u00eas subiu 61%, de R$ 10,55 milh\u00f5es para R$ 16,99 milh\u00f5es. Para o presidente do sindicato, Filipe Coelho, as quadrilhas passaram a escolher caminh\u00f5es com carga de maior valor.<\/p>\n<h2>Preju\u00edzo de R$ 314 milh\u00f5es em 2025 e foco nas vias expressas<\/h2>\n<p>A refer\u00eancia mais recente de custo \u00e9 da Firjan, que estimou em R$ 314 milh\u00f5es o preju\u00edzo direto com roubo de carga no estado em 2025, ano com 3.114 ocorr\u00eancias, ou cerca de oito caminh\u00f5es por dia. A federa\u00e7\u00e3o aponta forte concentra\u00e7\u00e3o: 52,8% dos registros ficaram em 8 das 137 \u00e1reas policiais, ao longo da BR-040, da BR-101 (Avenida Brasil) e da BR-116 (Dutra).<\/p>\n<p>Em setembro, o Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica e o governo fluminense passaram \u00e0 fase de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de um acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o para proteger os corredores log\u00edsticos, com foco na Avenida Brasil, nas linhas Vermelha e Amarela e nos acessos ao porto e ao Aeroporto Tom Jobim. Segundo a Transporte Moderno, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o nas ruas come\u00e7ou em 6 de outubro e, portanto, ainda n\u00e3o aparece nos n\u00fameros de setembro.<\/p>\n<h2>O que muda para a transportadora<\/h2>\n<p>Um m\u00eas de queda n\u00e3o justifica afrouxar regras de gerenciamento de risco nas rotas fluminenses, j\u00e1 que o ano segue praticamente empatado com 2025 e a perda por ataque parece maior. Vale manter escolta, rastreamento e restri\u00e7\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rio nos trechos da Avenida Brasil, da Washington Lu\u00eds e da Dutra, e conferir se o <a href=\"https:\/\/growthlog.com.br\/conteudo\/gerenciamento-de-risco-transporte-cargas\/\">plano de gerenciamento de risco<\/a> exigido pela seguradora acompanha o valor real das cargas que passam pelo Rio.<\/p>\n<p>A queda tamb\u00e9m pode ser argumento na renova\u00e7\u00e3o da ap\u00f3lice, desde que a transportadora tenha hist\u00f3rico pr\u00f3prio de sinistros e averba\u00e7\u00f5es em ordem para mostrar.
